3. How long do I have to reply?
- Please reply within 24 hours after the preview email is sent.
4. What happens if I don’t reply within 24 hours?
- If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, your preview may be automatically approved and your order may move into production to avoid delays.
5. Can I cancel after receiving the preview?
- You may request cancellation before approving the preview. Once the order is approved, auto-approved, or moved into production, changes and cancellations are no longer available.
