Shipping policy

We want your Pixiwoo order to arrive safely and smoothly. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and custom product previews.

U.S. Delivery Estimates

For non-custom products, estimated delivery to U.S. addresses is usually 7–15 days after your order is placed.

For custom or personalized products, the timeline may include an artwork or design preview step before production begins. Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 days after production or fulfillment begins.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier processing, peak shopping periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Custom Product Preview & Approval

Some personalized products may include a design preview before production.

If a preview is included, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Please review the design carefully, including:

  • Pet name
  • Dates or years
  • Custom message
  • Uploaded photo or selected pet style
  • Any other personalization details submitted with your order

Artwork previews are usually sent within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Please approve the preview or request changes within 24 hours after the preview email is sent.

If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your order may be automatically approved and moved into production using the personalization details provided with your order.

Once a custom order has been approved, auto-approved, or moved into production, we may not be able to cancel, change, or revise the design.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Tracking Information

Tracking is included with every order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package until delivery.

U.S. Shipping Costs

Standard U.S. shipping: $4.95

Free U.S. shipping: orders of $60 or more

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Orders

International shipping options and applicable shipping costs, where available, will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier processing, and customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you need to request a shipping address correction, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment, production, or has already been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

In some cases, we may need to wait for carrier updates or investigation results before arranging the next step.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
