Some Pixiwoo products are made specifically according to the personalization details you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Pixiwoo is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, incorrect messages, unclear uploaded photos, incorrect product selections, or inaccurate shipping information.

Custom or personalized products are subject to the terms described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom Product Previews & Approval

Certain personalized products may include an artwork or design preview before production begins.

Where a preview is offered, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing the preview carefully, including:

Names, dates, and years
Personal messages
Uploaded photos or selected styles
Product size
Other submitted personalization details

Please respond within the requested timeframe to approve the design or request changes.

To avoid delays, please check your inbox and spam folder after placing a personalized order.

Once a custom order has been approved or has entered production, we may no longer be able to cancel, modify, revise, return, exchange, or refund the order except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customer Content & Uploaded Photos

If you upload photos, text, designs, or other materials to place a custom order, you confirm that:

Shipping & Delivery

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once approved or in production, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an issue on our side.
